It seems I have happened upon an interesting city with interesting... 'technology'? That is what the man with the book called it. And either everyone can speak Japanese, or I have suddenly gotten very fluent in many languages...but this is not Japan. Is this even the same year? Most are dressed strangely, and seem busy...

That is an interesting law. It sounds more like a prison than a city.

There is a curfew from 9:00 P.M. to 5:00 A.M. They say if you go out during those hours an executioner might get you.
