Fall Season Anime

Well it's that time of year again where new animated series are released in Japan and I watch the new titles. Thoughts are from the first show or two of each series. Also i'll post the OP's just because some people want to see those before they decide to watch a show.

Bamboo Blade: I don't know something about the artwork of this show just makes

I started watching some of the first eps last night. I watched the first 30 seconds of Bamboo Blade, I suppose I should at least watch the entire first episode :-P I watched the first 5 minutes of Myself, Yourself, everything about it screamed cliche. I doubt I'll follow up on it. Rental Magica looks interesting, kind of along the same lines as Ghost Hunters (the anime, not the American show), but with a heavier emphasis on magic.

I like Gundam 00 so far, talk about a brutal first 5 minutes! I also like the idea about Celestial Being trying to stamp out war by using force, I can already see the moral battles :-D The artwork seems like a mix between the older style and the new, and you can tell they're going for an old school look with the Gundam designs.

I think this season I'll probably just stick with the shows I'm already watching, along with the new Genshiken, Shana and Gundam. So much of what they released this time around is cliched. Maybe I'll watch the torrent flows and pick up the popular ones later one :-P

You of all people should know that you have to give a show at least 3 shows before writing it off. If I gave up after the first 30 seconds of any show then I would of skipped FMA and EVA. =p

Myself, Yourself is very cliche. BUT that's alright. After all I'll sit through Gray's Anatomy and Heroes and those are both very typical these days. =p

I have another list to post tonight, but man there are some good titles and some bad titles to sort through.

I really only watched the first 30 seconds because it was 11pm and I was just kind of skimming what I had. It sounds interesting, and there seems to be a lot of people watching it.

Have you seen the new Genshiken yet?

Give the first two Clannad a watch through, if you are not hooked by the end of those two then you need to go back to watching My Little Pony Anime Adventures!
