I experienced a moment of dread and sadness this morning when I walked into Wal-Mart and saw them setting up all their Back-to-School displays.  Then I remembered I wasn't 12, and it wasn't time for me, personally, to go back to school.

Whew.

Dread? Oh, I have the opposite reaction. And still buy new pens and paper despite their uselessness to me now.

I for one outfit myself in all new clothing so as to not show up to pick up Serenity in last year's fashion. I'd hate to look behind the times in front of the other parents.
