It's a good question, and I don't suppose there's a good answer. Some thoughts anyway: * mild to severe ridicule. (Hey, it worked against the KKK) * poking holes in the arguments in question. For example, with Miss Infiltration: Odds are pretty good that the "infiltrators" are American citizens, whatever else they are, and have as much right to be part of our government as she does. * Doing the I-feel thing: Mrs. Roomie's Mom, when you say things like that it makes me wonder when you're going to lose your mind and start shooting up the place. * Redirection: a really visible example of recent American-grown terrorism was the shooting of Dr Tiller in his own church. Discuss!
