what is wrong with my brother?

My brother comes into my room. goes into the bathroom, gets some floss. starts flossing while looking at some of my pictures and goes

"hey, cathy, when i'm done using my floss... do you want to lick it?

before i could even respond, he burst out laughing and goes "what the hell did i just say?"

the truly funny thing is that he's not high.
