Judging from the climate outside...we're sub-tropic. Which means any of the fevers would be good. Especially with a rash on the torso and throw in some delirium. There are about 1/2 a dozen deadly tropical fevers that could be...most of which are quite contagious.

Do you know how to raise a temperature? They'd probably try a thermometer or something.

You'll want to figure out a way to fake a rash too. Also, since the blue team are the only ones who have been allowed out to the garden, maybe have one of their members hang out with him on Saturdaywith the implication that they were a carrier for it. It'll be too suspicious if he just start showing symptoms without reason.
