OMG thank you for taking the time to write out the Vancouver report!! I live in vancouver, but being under the age of 19+ i didn't get a chance to see him T^T.
I knew Vancouver isn't the BEST place for jrock. Since most ppl don't really care\or listens to jrock here -_-.

Well I think it would have been better in a smaller venue and not 19+. Since a lot if fans over here are unglderage. Actually one oF the girls was only 18 but turns 19 next month and borrowed her sisters ID to get in. Hopefully when he comes back it'll be at a different venue. So everyone can enjoy it.

And you are very welcome. There are so many reasons people weren't able to make the show and I hope this helps make up for that a little bit.

Was it becuz the venue required ppl to be over 19 to be in it?

Well that was part of it, I'm sure. A lot of fans aren't 19, after all. It would be better to play a slightly smaller venue without the age limit.

But Honestly the only shows in Japan that Miyavi sold out were Osaka and maybe Kobe. Kobe was close, if it wasn't actually sold out.

And over here I think he's only sold out San Francisco so far...

I really wanted to go. Since I missed him in Shanghai two summers ago. (I was in Shanghai up until a couple of days before the concert.) Unfortunately. I'm underaged. Like many of the people who would have wanted to go. My friend and I considered going to Van to try and find him which we didn't end up doing. Don't think it would have worked anyways. I'm glad to read that you had fun. Sorry bout the weather though. Vancouver weather is uh..special. I'm still kinda miffed about the 19+ thing. Seriously. I'm over the age of consent in BC but I can't go see a concert. That's kinda odd. Regardless. I hope it was special to everyone there and that he comes back to play an all ages concert because I think that would be more special. (:

Yeah i hope next time he does play an all ages show. So many of his fans are under 19, so it's kind of not fair, you know?

As for finding him...pretty much the only time you could have seen him was....when the bus arrived...and when everyone left lol.

And we waited till one thirty for them to leave....I think they lost the bus driver lol.

I'm glad I don't live in Van. I live in Victoria and the weather is less crazy over here. mostly. Sort of.
