Mainly gets students involved in working on environmental projects, soup kitchens, primary tutoring etc. Each Circle K group is sponsered by a Kiwanis Club, thats where the 'K' comes from.
You'll see what I mean when I say its a bit cult like. The mission statements are somewhat preachy in the 'were setting out to change the world' sense.
Ha ha ha ha ha ha....I was just scrollin through your journal cuz I saw the link on facebook and I saw "Circle K" and so I had to stop and leave a comment. I swear we're not a cult. You're not the first to think it, but I swear we're not! See there are some very distinct differences: You can do as much or as little as you want. You can quit anytime you want. You can serve, lead, just hang out, all of the above or none of the above
