Actually, not as far as I know. It just amuses me as I like a bit of cow bell.

haha, well, i've seen a number of utena icons with that quote about cowbell... perhaps people have been taking that from somewhere else and applying it to utena instead. i'm not sure if you've seen the series, but the quote is quite appropriate for one part where someone turns into a cow. XD;;
