Not it means Why does Flight of Dragons always get the shaft? I want Blu-Ray Flight of Dragons. The only DVD Flight ever got was a bootleg. Which I own. Yes, I'm a jealous fangirl.
By the wya, what is your layout from? It looks like a weird lovechild between Sam Kieth's work and Heavy Metal the movie.
Oh... my sympathies. You never know, it might get a blu-ray release one day. Are you referring to my journal header? It's comprised of images from Ralph Bakshi's Wizards, the only Bakshi movie I ever really enjoyed. *points to icon*
Basically Granada Media, the English company that owns the film, have (incorrectly) claimed for years that The Last Unicorn has never made a profit, and therefore they don't have to pay Peter his contractually-due share of the film's income.
Ironically, I almost picked up a special addition copy this weekend at HMV. I'll need to check into Conlan Press's International Shipping rates now: I'd much rather have something I can hold onto if/when I finally go Blu-Ray. XD
I already have the DVD version (which I'll keep since Peter signed it), but the blu-ray is uncut whereas the DVD is not. Don't have a player as of yet, but maybe this will motivate me.
