Wendy I am down with whatever you all want for sandwiches or whatever.. I'll eat anything. Going to make it a point to eat in the room more often.
I might pick up a bunch of granola bars/ stuff that's portable so I can at least have a snack on the go so I'm not tempted to eat out all the time.

Portable edibles are a definite yes! I figured we could also get some grapes. Ziplock bag, handful of grapes, BAM- (healthy) snack for later. Also bananas. :D

I don't usually eat in the room unless it is some little snack, but if there is actually food in there I might be more inclined to do that then visit the constantly full and constantly crazy food court.

What hotel are we in again? Was it the Sheraton this year? I believe we also have an air mattress if we need it but I'm not sure how loud the pump is because I've never actually used the mattress myself.

Did we have a rough estimate on price per person as well? I need to make sure I set enough aside.

We typically all buy something for community consumption. If there's any type of sandwich cheese/meat that you don't like, let me know.

We are indeed in the Sheraton. According to Morgan's last D*C post, the rate is $230 a night. The total divided by five would be $184.

I'm not opposed to doing that. If anyone wants anything specific..chips or some sort of snacks maybe? Just let me know. And I'm good with turkey or ham. I don't eat cheese so I'll leave that for everyone else LOL

Hm... chips would be good, maybe a package of some of those individual snack-size bags? Mixed nuts are also a good snack. Are you partial to any particular condiments? We tend to get a small pot of yellow mustard (no calories, whee!) for the sammitches.

I can bring it if you like. It's also loud (I think they're all modeled after jet engines), but it's in excellent condition. We'll only need one matt since it's a 2 bed room...or at least it better since the reservation is confirmed. I will KILL if it isn't.

I'm down with food, but I won't have much to contribute aside from cupcakes/sweets and drinks.

We're still doing Thursday night dinner right?

Oh! I heard a nasty rumor that Sir Patrick might not make D*C. I'm going to contact Froggy's about the refund process should he cancel.

Saw that post in the D*C community. I hope he still makes it:\

I forget- what size is your air matt? And is the inflator built in?

That's cool- if you can bring sodas, you're welcome to partake in whatever Pat & I bring.

I'm down for Thursday night dinner if everyone else is. Do we know what time we're checking in?
