Forgive the morbidity of the question, but...

Has anyone explored the crypts here? I'm led to believe there are some leading down from the graveyard.

I ask because of... shall we say some familiarity with missing members of society turning up in such places, and wonder if it would at all worthwhile checking.

I don't think I've heard of any grave robbers yet.

It's not grave-robbing to search an area of the town that no one has looked, and may, based on experience from another town, be the sort of place that missing people are kept.

Yes. Based on previous experience, the 'powers that be' sometimes enjoyed kidnapping and hiding people within them.
