New plan for Blackledge! Everyday, save for Sundays...those be my days off, I'll be working out. I'm going to start off running 2 miles a day (at least), and doing as many pushups and situps as I can before my muscles give out. By April I will be running two miles in 14:30 minutes, and doing 85 situps in two minutes, as well as 75 pushups in two
