this i like for lack of that surprised expression that i mentioned i always feel your characters have.

I actually give them that expression as a default because I used to only draw people looking melodramatic. But thanks for the comment!

ooh. backstory. i love backstory.

i had no idea thats why you did it. im a fan of changing it up. now that you have melodramatic and surprised down, how about angry or wistful... lol :D

Well, I basically re-started my art career in high school because of Livejournal communities dedicated to pairings. All I used to draw was passionate and dramatic pictures... and then I realized that that was all I drew, so I endeavored to draw things more for the sake of drawing them, or design, not just for a couple.

I remember people used to look at my sketchbook, give me a look, and say "Do you happen to also be pursuing a wonderful relationship like these characters?" It was funny but it sorta annoyed me... in that I annoyed myself.
