My newly painted office in Vroom and Al Green. Cleaned and painted. I will eventually put something on the empty but colorful walls. The blue chair needs to be moved out and replaced with something smaller and brighter. But for now, I'm happy to have a new place to study.

The biggest storm of the decade turned into a few inches of snow and has petered out. And I was so enjoying watching the snow from the office desk while writing papers. I was secretly hoping I'd be snowed in to take the temptation away from escaping my office. It just doesn't seem as fun to sit here without the snow falling behind my monitor.

Jesse and I went to the Northwestern/Michigan State game today - boy was it fun to watch. We kicked butt in the first half and for the first possession of the second half...and then we lost it by 3. My grandma is the coolest grandma ever - she is blogging on livejournal as of today. I know she will have a great time and I'm so happy for her. It was a little frustrating at first for her to get it all up and running, but in no time she's got it down and will be blogging away.
