Good sex is surprisingly rare: a sum of the right people, experiences, expectations and moods meeting at the very right moment in a universe of possibilities. How many of the thousands (?) of sexual intercourses happening right now are of actual mutual consent and enjoyment? How many were forced or convinced into having sex, how many are too tired
