I've been feeling rather low. And this is an understatement. I don't know how to snap out of it. I talked to violentdizzy about it and she said I need to hang out with friends and stuff like that. I need to get my mind off of things

i hope you find your way out of this. I know the feeling but yes getting your mind on other things will make all this go away. or something like that. worked for me
One word: therapy. I do it. My friends do it. It's all one big therapeutic orgy. And it does make me feel better. (It would probably make me feel even better if it were a literal orgy and not a metaphorical one.)
Heh, I puke when I'm stressed too. When I was little I'd purposely puke on people I disliked when I was stressed. It seemed to alleviate the symptoms. Not that I'm recommending that.
listen to lots of good music, have lots of talks with understanding friends. and, writing always makes me feel better. Hope things get better for you soon, honey. you'll be okay.= )
