I love that What Not to Wear can spend $5000 and use it to buy 3 outfits for people who are fashionably incompetent, based on videotapes sent in by family members/ "secret surveillance" by the producers

one of the professors i wanted to work with on my thesis was on what not to wear. mirella stroink... shes BRILLIANT, loves the earth, lives well, healthy, beautiful. she was a "nerd" so they needed to 'fix' that. so now is she not only the brilliant person she has always been, she also has a couple pricy outfits and a spot on tv....

ive never seen it but i do remember thinking she dressed nice... as she filled me invaluable information.
