I would suggest looking through them anyway. Looking to our past is the only way we can solidly decide what to do with our futures.

Going through my Livejournal, I somehow lost focus at some point. Dreams, goals, desires, they all vanished at some point because I got distracted with "being indpenedant" without any real planning on how to do so.

Now that I'm back on solid ground, I take my mistakes, and vow never to repeat them. It's working so far.

I shudder to think what all is my email accounts, I rarely if ever delete things aside from expired coupons and things of that nature. My Hotmail account is my oldest email, I've had it since high school. Lord only knows what's way back in there. Whew.

I go through emails from specific people periodicly to see where we were and where we are now. I like how it documents my relationships. Sadly almost everything is on facebook now so documentation isn't as easy. But yeah...

Yeah, Facebook has pretty much replaced email between myself and my core friends. I guess I don't really mind any though.
