office politics. No. Office whining.
I got to listen to two of the younger staff members whine about one of the more senior staff members today. Sure, he is a know-it-all and I can see how he would be quite annoying. But my thought has always been to be as laid back as possible without letting people walk all over you. Be easy to get along with. Don't get annoyed so easily

Interesting about the Oprah research. I'm glad you're getting flexibility with your projects and that they're treating you not like a peon. It's sounding great! :D And yes, open doors... :) :) I actually got to see him today for about 4 minutes because he was flying down to Cali for his brother's wedding and had a layover in PDX that ended up being much shorter than anticipated. But it was still wonderful. So things are still going well on my end, finals coming up next week and I can't wait to be done so I can focus on getting ready for the big move. Love you lots and will continue to keep in touch. :D
