I made a miscalculation for the days Im gonna be in Venice. My group is leaving on the morning of the 15th, and going back to Rome without me. The plan was to meet on the 16th, right? I think Im gonna try to get an extra night at the hostel by myself ( Read more... )

It's Saturday early afternoon, 7/9, and we just read your posting. We did send you an e-mail message on the 3rd. Hopefully your e-mail is up and running by now. Eveything's fine here. The cat's obnoxious. The deer was back yesterday. I just went out and picked some raspberries. Your Mom is all worried about you surviving for 24 hours in Venice by yourself. Being Mom, I'm sure she has visions of you having to switch cabs by yourself at 3 AM in the red light district.
We've been keeping tabs on your itinerary. Looks like tonight is your last night at Sant Anna. Wow. Who'd a thought they'd name a monastery after a rock star....

Sweet! I got the flight info, and it all looks good. FYI, I just spent a while exploring Venice and its pretty much American Tourist central so it shouldnt be too hard for me to stay an extra night.. actually, there are a couple people staying a few extra nights too, so I might stay with them ^_^

And if you read this again.. Hellooo wakey! I wanna come bother you now that youre back. Well, now Im away, but when I am back and you are back at the same time there will be some bothering!
