I added you!

Yeah I seem to attract and bond closely to people who have/had anxiety disorder. It's VERY hard to understand unless you've had it before. I've somehow been off the meds since like.. October or November. And haven't been doing TOO bad. I did almost have an attack driving on the highway alone for the first time in like, a year, but since then I've been fine.

And I love minpins! I almost got one, but fell in love with my Boston at a shelter first :).

Our friend has two of them. They are smart dogs. He taught one of them to put his paws on the steering wheel and pretend to drive.

Aww, yeah if I bought a dog as a puppy it probably would've been a Minpin :).

My coworker's mom has Shih Tzu/Lhasa mix puppies, I want one so bad! I have my sleek little guy, but I want a little fluffball too :D.

I came across your journal through the counselors_etc community, and you seem like someone I might like to get to know. I added you to my friends list -- hope that's okay :)

Sure..:) Where do you go to college in Pittsburgh? I've been wanting to get my MA in either Social Work or Community Counseling. Are you originally from Pittsburgh?

I went to Chatham College both undergrad and grad. I definitely highly recommend their MS in counseling program -- the professors are awesome, and it's just a really great environment. :) Yep, I'm from Pittsburgh -- I lived in a suburb about 45 minutes away until a year ago, when I moved to the city.

Oh..cool. Does that program have licensure options? LOL..I live in a *rural* area 45 minutes north of Pittsburgh. I was thinking about Pitt's MSW program but I don't really look forward to the whole traffic bit. :( I'd like to be a psychologist but the program that was pretty good at IUP is for full time students with NO job basically. It goes all day.

I work for Holy Family. Maybe you've heard of that, being from Pittsburgh...:)
