Have you ever been awake or gotten awake while an Ambien was kicking in? Damn kids, I've been wondering why I stagger out of bed in the middle of the night to use the bathroom. Know I know why...YES indeed, my friend. I'm usually on my way to sleeping at this point, so I never realized this problem.

I've been thinking about getting a sleep aide again. Does Ambien leave you groggy all the next day?

NO!! Ambien is wondeful. No shitty feeling like with Tylenol PM and stuff even. I take half of 10 mg and it knocks me out.
