Jenn helped me change the bandages on my stitches today while my dishwasher run off was backing up into my clogged sink/disposal whatever the fuck. Needless to say, as our usual conversation goes....I laughed a lot

Evil chemicals.

Boiling water and a plunger are the way to go (even if it feels silly plunging your sink). My husband once put a plate of leftover bbq down the disposal... the plunger was the only thing that worked and surprisingly, the cheapest!

I tried that first.... no such luck. I hate dumping that crap in the sink but I wasn't excited about calling a plumber either.
