Knuckle Crab Melt

So I sawed off my knuckle at work today. With a serrated knife. Just across the knuckle to the bone. Left middle finger. Not every day you get to see your own skeleton! There was a lot of blood. But Sergio saved me! He saw me by the sink and I said I cut myself, and he asked if I was okay an I said "no" and he bolted for some clean napkins
