thinking that having a problem is definitely a problem... it's what stopped me for so long from seeking out therapy. I always saw it as a weakness - when really, being able to acknowledge that there are parts of me that i need to focus my attention on (not problems!!!) is more of a strength than anything.
i'm reading this book right now and it's focusing on just that. problems and "flaws" (for lack of a better word) are what life is made up of. we are constantly trying to run towards a problem free life, but this will never happen, it's when we accept the problems as challenges to work through to better understand yourself that you will lead a more fulfilling life.
