Over the past two years I've been in and out of hospitals and labs so often that I don't feel pain when being jabbed for blood. It's like the expectation is there while I watch the nurse stick it in, but I get a pleasant feeling instead.
Because that tiny jab beats the hell out of everything else I had to go through during my battery of tests three years ago.

indeed. but theres a rather horrid blue welt on my arm now where the guy missed twice. im guessing that a vein blew. in my case, i ALWAYS look indulgently at the guy as he takes my blood. it is the most important procedure of ALL, and im bent on gazing at the needle sliding in, just to make sure he feels the guilt if he messes up. LOL.
