C. Ferratus - Gangrel Ordo. Experiences pleasure instead of pain - was enjoying a dose of burn (and cocaine) when I met him

   Prince Tellez - lovely woman in red, less sanguine than Prince Lorenzo. Greeted me graciously.

   Alder Lordani - thin gentleman, soft-spoken, named Prince's Harpy

   Bishop Visconti - was kind enough to introduce me to the Prince

   Sherrif Salvatore Ettore - wore a pin of a fan on his lapel, has a disturbing sense of justice. *requested copies of my studies on burn

   Deputy Sherrif Vermiden - not particularly bright, but seems kind-hearted in contrast to his boss.
   

B. Visitors and others

   Jack Top - irreverant, spastic, top hat, odd face paint, at first seemed nothing more than one playing the fool. Later showed himself to be far more sober, aided in renegotiating for Subject L's life and then in ascertaining the source of burn in the area.

      Allowed me to use a sample of his blood for my research, and later “assisted” in the interrogation of the rogue Ghoul (now Subject L)

   Gregory Godfried - Gangrel, acromegalic, violent, evangelical Lancea Sanctum

   Prince Lorenzo Gambara - kind enough to aid in the (re)reprogramming of Subject L. Employing Sam as a driver? Spared his life but holding something over him?

   Olivier Manumishon (sp?) - French Nosferatu, cracked dry skin under blood, sought to touch? taste? Carver's blood while I was running experiments. Was observed taking the blood of Noami

   Noami - dramatic-looking Crone. Known to Evelyn and Olivier. Apparently her blood “bites back.”
   
9. 
   Dr. Zien - doctor of psychology. Put forth that television was a terrible thing that rotted the brains of kindred and mortals alike. Degenerate kindred latch on to television shows and characters and build identities around them.
   
   1. 
      Would not any story do for this? By these standards the Bible, literature, and videogames are equally dangerous.

    Prince St George of Portsmouth - Red tie, handsome

    Edgar - stooped man, timid peering, wearing a leather mask painted to look like feathers, and a cloak with a jewelled clasp

    Subject L - a “wild” ghoul. Attempted to capture Ferratus. Spent some time in Evelyn's trunk, then Bishop Visconti's trunk, then a table in a side tent where Ferratus broke his pelvis by pulling his legs over his head, Carver sliced up his pants, Sabrina and I questioned him, and Sherrif Ettore mind-fucked him using the rest of us. Blood bound to me, Prince Lorenzo straightened his mind up.
