I like the way you think. You SHOULD be happy about your house. Even if others didn't like it, it would be their unreasonableness for being mad at the happiness of others not your insensitivity for being happy.

You are a wonderful person and you are so wonderfully positive. I am so happy to have you as a Sister-IN-Law/ Sister/ Onee-chan/ Laura. That sounds funny if you take it to be "I am so happy to have you as a Laura." Don't tell the other ones but you are my favorite Laura. I do actually know others too. I look forward to seeing your new house eventually.
