You get Animorphs and Everworld, then, because I didn't even come close to finishing Remnants - I was incredibly tired of KA at that point and decided, "Meh, it's been done," and never read any more than the free eBook and the first few pages of the second.
Everworld
1. first fell in love with
Jalil. David and Christopher annoyed the hell out of me and I disliked Senna on the principle that they both liked her, so she had to be horrid, but Jalil was weird and logical and could hold his own in an argument, and I loved him.
2. never expected to love as much as I do now
Senna. Like I said, she didn't make a great impression on me at first, and the whole sucked-into-a-lake thing seemed awfully random, but then she was manipulating everyone, including a bunch of gods, and playing them off one another and themselves

Elfangor. I was reading #1, getting kind of annoyed with Jake and wishing he'd stop acting like he thought Tobias was such a pain to have around ("I guess he thinks I'm his friend now, or something"), then this weird-as-hell alien drops on top of them, lets them turn into animals, seems to prefer Tobias and Cassie to all of the rest, and tries to help them even as he's being eaten. Instant love. I was sorry he died and we had to go back to dull Jake-narration.

Alloran. In the beginning of the series, there was little consideration for him beyond, "Poor sap, he's enslaved by Super Evil Visser Three", but then he asked Ax to kill him and Ax couldn't, and then we got to Andalite Chronicles and he was thwarted in the same basic request by Ax's brother and we learn a bit about the Hork-Bajir world and his role there, and I wanted so much to have something narrated by him because I thought he'd have something to say

Well, I haven't read the most recently published one (or two; I've lost track) yet, but the questions are still totally answerable. :)

Peter. It's not that I felt badly enough for him to excuse his torment of Ender and Valentine, but that I thought I could understand where he was coming from, anyway. Ender, I didn't get; he was supposed to be six, but the thoughts seemed too clear and knowledgeable, even though I was only a few years older when I first read it
