Nah, that's completely normal for Pepto to do that. Don't fret over it. It will also make your um, well, when it comes out the other end it will be black too. But that should only last for a day or two. You'll be alright!
I think it's the salicitites (sp) or the b-something in Pepto that does that. Maybe someone else can tell you what exactly, but I do know that it's perfectly normal.
I live on Pepto. It has never turned my tongue black but...some other thing does. Don't worry, I'm sure its nothing. But you are beginning to worry me! Are you going to be well enough to travel? You've had this nausea for days! Try to get some rest and if you need anything let me know I'm going to get us some stuff for the trip.
But-If you are not up to going I understand! I hate being sick and sure would not want to sit in a car for 500 miles. :(
Mom says maybe its an ulcer or something...eww. I used to have stomach problems a few years ago, but really haven't had many issues with it since I moved up here. I think I just stress way too much for my own good.
I came home early today since they were cutting hours too...and Kirsty said if I wasn't well enough, I wouldnt have to come in tonight either...so HMM! *COUGH* I may have tonight off too lmao.
I'll have to give you a call in the AM or kinda rather late....
IE - too many people awake and nosey and cordless phone broken :( I think I'll have to leave my car at your house while we go as in certain folks don't know I'm heading down to a certain area. Denise maybe has a clue, but I don't think Mom would like it since she just paid for the insurance for the cars lol. Ah well, I'm paying for both of ours in December, so that's ok.
And yep staying home tonight too. Give me a few hours...and hopefully I'll give ya a call about 9ish I hope?
And what the heck is up with the weather? And why is it dark at 745pm!? YUCK!
