wow. i've just had a conversation with a certain someone that has put a cherry on the top of my crap sundae. so hooray for me!!! if anyone else has something upsetting to tell me, you should do it now while i'm accepting shit news.

2006 officially was the worst year ever...for me anyway. i hope that this year i can figure out what to do with myself, and that maybe my life will actually start.

my dad's funeral is going to be at 11:00am this friday at star of the sea, if anyone wanted to go.

i don't know how to start this post. i found out that the experimental medicine they gave my dad along with his chemo is attacking his liver. which means that he could possibly not make it. i went to see him today. we all had to wear yellow gowns, gloves, and face masks. my dad looks really bad. he's losing his hair, his skin is yellow, his right ( Read more... )

i thought that for the most part, i was coping with my dad being sick fairly well. then i went to visit him. it was his first day of chemo treatment, and i was there when they were connecting it to his IV. i guess seeing someone who you care about tremendously in the hospital hooked up to all sorts of things gets you a little messed up. but my dad ( Read more... )

my dad is getting chemo this month, and some other treatments. he has to stay at madigan for a month, so he won't be here for christmas. :( he's got a lot of things to keep him occupied. anywho, i hope to visit him on my days off and such.

my dad had to go to the hospital again last night. they had to give him a blood transfusion. they rans tests on him and he had to stay tonight. i found out today he has leukemia. that's pretty much all i have to say...
