1 week anniversary!

1 full week without a smoke!
Honestly, I think I was 14 the last time I
went this long without smoking!! (How sick is THAT?!?)

Well...I'm not saying it has been easy,
but it has been waaaayyyyy easier with the Chantix
then it was last time I tried to quit cold turkey!!
(So yes,I recommend it if you want to quit and need help)

YAY ME!!!

Hey! Congrats on the first week. It is the hardest, drugs or not. Even after almost two months, I still have cravings. I spoke with someone over the weekend who quit 4 years ago and he still has cravings. He was actually quite upset that I quit because he used to stand next to me so he could get the 2nd hand smoke!
