The second was on the back of a truck as we were coming into Delhi today. I don't know ifs its an advertisement or a boast. Its probably NSFW, though technically it could be safe..

Perhaps a sly double entendre, to slip around those laws banning things that "inflame the passions"? :)

Perhaps the first one's simply a misspelling, and intended to promote the driver's luxuriant follicles? That would, after all, be in keeping with the panchromatic color scheme in evidence.
