In order for us to get things together, we're going to be ending the RSVP poll ONE WEEK FROM TODAY. That means if you don't sign up by Friday, July 18th, you probably will not get a raffle ticket, and you probably will not get a goody bag. You can absolutely still come, but no goodies. =(. I might just be blind, but I've searched around and can't find a confirmation of when and where this event is. Help?

The Meet-Up is on Thursday, from 1 to 3 pm. (Registration starts at noon.) It is a picnic taking place on the Great Lawn (aka the Jay Pritzker Pavillion) in Millenium Park - a couple of blocks from the hotel. There will be mass multitudes heading in this direction, I am sure. Everyone will be bringing their own lunch, and a lot of people are bringing other food and snacks to share. Sorry that information was hard to see - I think I'm going to compile a list of all the fandomy events pretty soon, complete with links... that should definitely help everybody out. =) Hope to see you there!

I know it'll either be in mine or nq_donne's and kriken's room, but we won't know our room numbers until we check in. Perhaps I'll post on the schedule that we'll all meet up (by the revered clock) right after the Wrock concert is over and head up as a group. =) Thanks for reminding me about that!
