We are three in our room and would really like a fourth to bring costs down. We're checking in Wednesday and checking out Monday. With all the taxes and such it works out to like $280 per person if we have four.

That sounds like it would be fine--those are the days I was planning on traveling, too. What hotel are you staying at, and who else is rooming with you? How are you planning on working sleeping arrangements?

It's me, gatewaygirl and clauclauclaudia so far. We got one of the double rooms with two bathrooms and two beds, so we figure two to a bed. I'm not picky about who with whom, though Claudia and I have shared a bed at previous events.
