You really have no fucking idea how cold it is here. Its shocking because it was so wonderfully warm before. I would cry, but I'm sure my tears would freeze to my face.

Actually, though, none of the universities have closed, as far as I know. So not only is it steal your breath away, dry up every skin cell, and slowly freeze to death cold, but we all still have to trudge through the snow to class. In Wisconsin, apparently, it was -34 F yesterday morning, and my friend who goes there said that as she breathed through a scarf to keep her face warm, the condensate froze to her cheeks. Talk about cold. Geez oh pete.
