Oh, yay, you updated this! ^_^ Your writing here is even more wrenching than the first chapter, and just as beautiful. ♥ And I'm really enjoying how you portray the characters -- different, but still completely believable.

And there needs to be more Fletcher in fanfic, so yay for that too. XDD

I'd actually just read this the other night (after you posted the first chapter) back on FFN and thought, "*expletive deleted*, Bones can write." Of course, I realized that when I found "Return."

Painful to read, but so worth it!! ♥

This broke my heart:Winry couldn’t fix someone like him. She had other things to worry about. She couldn’t possibly fix him. You can’t just fix a person, like an arm or a leg or a car, because you can’t see the space - the roar, the thunder - inside him, and you can’t hear it, and you can’t make it go away.

And the reason that he got drunk in the first place; I felt I could relate to that. ^^

Definitely adding to favs.
