Man, I'm so sleepy. I just can't get it together lately. I need to be in bed by midnight, so I can get up at 7. After experimenting with sleep patterns a few weeks ago, I realized that if I slept over 7 hours, I would wake up while dreaming, and be groggy. I've been trying to force sleep cycles a bit here and there as an idea. A polyphasic sleep cycle thing. Sleeping 30 mins every four hours or so.
I havn't stuck to it, but it is supposed to eliminate the groggy state.
Lots out on the net about it if you are interested in having another 4 hours in your day.
