Man, I'm so sleepy. I just can't get it together lately. I need to be in bed by midnight, so I can get up at 7. After experimenting with sleep patterns a few weeks ago, I realized that if I slept over 7 hours, I would wake up while dreaming, and be groggy. Gar I hate that groggyness like that.

I've been trying to force sleep cycles a bit here and there as an idea. A polyphasic sleep cycle thing. Sleeping 30 mins every four hours or so.

I havn't stuck to it, but it is supposed to eliminate the groggy state.

Lots out on the net about it if you are interested in having another 4 hours in your day.

Hey Janie. I experiment too....you should try it. Just fuckin forego sleep for other things such as cracked out myspace blogging or blog reading. It requires that you drink a ton of coffee every day to stay awake until you hit your second wind. Then you're good for another 8 hours or so....just kidding. I can't imagine my technique working for everybody....oh...and to finally go to sleep you mix some whiskey with anything....and drink it. There ya go. Actually....I do think that other person's idea is interesting. I wish I could do that. That would be awesome.
