I just realized that I am going to have to explain the concept of space exploration to my children because it won't exist for them. Lame.

No biggie, just explain that like dinosaurs, space exploration and our hopes and dreams are all extinct.

Tell them when they're young. You don't want them to get to age 23, think they're going to work on some space-related venture and then have their world crash down around their ears. Especially because then, your children will end up going into banking.

And do you really want that?
