Yes he is. 'Course he had a head start on the bigness. My German teacher friend had her baby girl just a few weeks before school ended, and at the end of school she brought her in to show around a couple of times...and her girl is so tiny, it occurred to me that even at several weeks old that baby was smaller than Owen has *ever* been. *G*

Of course Owen thinks he's already big enough he should be *walking*, if his feet would just cooperate with him!
