This Nike+ thing is pretty much the coolest thing ever.
Today's run:
It was really cold out, and my asthma-that-never-acts-up-otherwise doesn't do a huge job in helping me with the cold weather, so I had to slow down more often than regular. I was expecting the whole Nike+ thing to be cool, but not quite so great. The whole community aspect of it

A while! But it never bothers me unless it's really cold out and I'm trying to run. I had my first asthma attack when I was, like .. 7 years old, probably? Had to be rushed to the hospital, actually. After that for probably 2 or 3 years I had to do breathing treatments pretty regularly!

But I mean .. I still went out and played tennis, did all my sports, etc. So I guess it was never a huge issue, and now I keep an inhaler in my bathroom but I've only needed in once in the past, like .. 7 years.
