I am an expert at staying up for inane stretches of time. As such, I proffer the following nuggets of wisdom:
A) ALWAYS try to have something completely mindless to do. If you have Tetris, that's the perfect game. Keeps you occupied, but doesn't leave you thinking too hard. (KLAX, if you have it, though, is a better game to this effect.)
B) Ensure that you have no clocks around. They remind you of how late it is, and how tired you should be.
C) Try to be listening to music the entire time. Something that doesn't provoke too much emotion from you, but is nonetheless something else you can zone out to.
D) Blink regularly. If you keep your eyes open for a long period of time, you're likely to blink for longer, too - that means you might be seduced by the sultry temptress of sleep.
Follow these four steps, and you'll be going "Hey crap, it's 7 AM?" before you know it!

You'd better give yourself some rest after that.
