Do you need a video capture card to have a dvd-rom? What about if you want to rip a dvd? Especially clips off the dvd?

Oh yeah. I didn't tell you guys that I colored my hair last weekend, did I? Actually it's highlights, but the way my friend did it, it colored most of my hair. Except underneath where she kept the natural color. Cheek it out, man. Beware, my hideousness may just melt your retinas.
