If you don't mind some constructive criticism, you need a 'had' between 'Sam' and 'obviously', a comma after 'well', and a clear line between each paragraph, just to make it easier to read. All very very minor points, but I'm nitpicky. :)
Having said that, I loved this fic. I mean, you pack perfect characterization, humour, romance and even a bit of snuggling into 217 words -- good going! And beautiful writing. For example, I like that imagery, the softness of 'comfortably wrapped up in the sandman's arm' contrasted with the comparison of Dean's brain to machinery in 'can't shut off his brain.'
Dean quietly bitching to himself is so in character, as is the promise he makes at the end. I don't know how twisted I am, that I think a promise to off someone and then follow them into hell is the most romantic thing I've read in ages, but I do.
Delightful story. Thank you very much for posting.
I don't mind at all. In fact, thanks for the advice. I'll fix it with your suggestions.
I'm glad you liked it. I too found it kind of romantic, which is why I actually took the time to write this little ficlet. Perhaps in this context, we can be forgiven for being a little bit twisted. I think we have to be to ship them ;)
