Monday's Workout

Hit the legs and the shoulders tonight. Had tons of energy so I stayed on to push out another 30 mins of solid cardio. According to the heart monitor I wear I burnt just over 1300 calories, most of which should have been from fat. Got home and had my post workout meal which nicely filled me up before heading off to Kung Foo ( Read more... )

Trawling through comments on peoples LJs has more of a use than pure entertainment value.

Its great too hear your fitness is going so well, we still need to catch up some time.
