Well, I've heard some rumors around the place.

Here's more of what I've heard around -

Santa DOES appear on the 25th, but he has to be somewhere else during the rest of the time. So he disguises himself.

If you want to find Santa without having to wait, I suggest looking for a guy in a bartender outift. That'll be him.
