009 - 1.Tutorial: Views of Rachel Bilson

1. Open a new File. Size 100*100px.Transparent.
2. I'm using THIS Picture of Rachel Bilson:
3. New Layer -> Copy the Picture again but the shoulder in the center of the picture:
4. Use the Eraser and erase the shoulder-layer so you can see Rachel's Face:
5. New Layer -> Exclusion -> Fill the layer with the bucket with this color: #0D004C
6. Use this lighttexture from disappearicons :
New Layer, paste the lighttexture in and layermode to Screen:
7. Use this Icontexture
also by disappearicons in a new layer with Hard Light Layermode.
8. You can add a text, i used #0D004C with Overlay in Size 10 with Georgia:
Voila!
