Never compromise, that is for the weak. Stick to your guns and everything will be fine. A car is a good goal to work towards and lets face it, most teenagers need a car, then again, so do most adults... It's one of those things that just needs to be done. But the trip is also very important, make sure you go through with it. It'll make you very happy.

I came to a scary conclusion myself recently. I've always had a very big problem with money, I could never keep any of it, but for some very odd reason in the last month or so I've been in this Scrooge mode. I've been saving money like the end of the world is coming. It's rather... odd... but it's also very neat to be like... wow, I can buy this, and it's expensive, and I STILL have money left over. This ROCKS!
