Today marks the offical start of college football and I am watching the USC Virginia Tech game on ESPN right now and I am stoked....god I love college football. Well, we spoke too soon. Yesterday at 5pm we got a verbal agreement from the seller's agent accepting our offer and that the paper work would be faxed over soon. Yesterday James and I celebrated our three year anniversary as partners and four years as friends. Leah surprised us with a bottle of champagne and a stuffed dog representing the dog we hope to buy soon. After work, we went out for a fancy dinner and it was fabulous, just like the last three years have been. I love you boy!
